With the goal of promoting economic development within the Agglomération de Longueuil, DEL has been advising manufacturing and industrial business leaders since 2002. Each year, the North Country Chamber of Commerce and the DEL hold a summit, known as Rendezvous Plattsburgh – Longueuil, that brings together the two cities educational institutions, business leaders, and elected officials for a day filled with Doing Business in the U.S. Seminars, company tours, and networking.

The North Country Chamber of Commerce has enjoyed an active Partnership Agreement with CCMM-ACCLR for more than 20 years, working actively with them to host Doing Business in the U.S. events, both in-person and virtually, for CCMM-ACCLR's members.
The mission of the Le Pôle d'Excellence Québécois en Transport Terrestre (the Pôle) is to provide Québec industry with a unified and strong structure aimed at implementing actions promoting the mobilization, growth, competitiveness and influence of the industry in addition to ensure its long-term development. The Pôle was instrumental in the formation of NAmTrans and through an active memorandum of collaboration, NAmTrans and the Pôle work closely together to ensure the success of our integrated bi-national transportation equipment cluster.
Aéro Montréal, Quebec's aerospace cluster, is a strategic think tank created in 2006 that groups all the major decision makers in Quebec's aerospace sector, including companies, educational and research institutions, associations and unions. Aéro Montréal's mission is to mobilize industry players around common goals and concerted actions to increase the cohesion and optimize competitiveness of Quebec’s aerospace cluster. The North Country Chamber of Commerce and NAmTrans have an active partnership agreement with Aéro Montréal, and Aéro Montréal is an active partner in planning NAmTrans’ biennial Transportation Rendezvous and B2B event.
Representing more than 50,000 companies, the FCCQ is the largest network of business people and companies in Québec. In 2001, the North Country Chamber of Commerce and the FCCQ signed the Québec -New York Corridor Agreement, an agreement that broadened and deepened the economic partnership and connectivity between Québec and NY with a special focus on the bi-national corridor region stretching from Québec City and Montreal through Plattsburgh to New York City. This partnership has been embraced and supported by both the Québec and New York governments and has only grown stronger over the past two decades.
